I am starting to get into house music now and I didn’t know how many people were so into this type of music. I didn’t even know about it until I heard it in my friend’s car a week ago. I have this neighbor who just went on a trip to Africa. He is some kind of paleontologist or one of those guys that digs around and tries to find out about animals that lived there millions of years ago. He has a couple of exotic pets that he asked me to look after while he is away. They are a monkey, a Venus fly trap, and some weird looking spider. I’m not sure exactly how to feed the Venus fly trap, maybe I’ll give it hamburger meat or something. But he said when he got back, he’d give me a free acoustic guitar lesson. When he was in high school, he played guitar for this garage band. They actually had a couple of hits, and he made enough money to pay for his education. Now I guess he can do both things, dig for bones and play music for his exotic pets. I don’t know which I’d rather be, however. But I’m glad that he’s my neighbor.
